Proshine All Purpose Cleaner - 1 Quart

Proshine All Purpose Cleaner is a heavy duty, all purpose cleaner for interior and exterior surfaces.  Detergents and water-based solvents effectively loosen dirt and grease from engines wheels, tires, vinyl, carpets and upholstery.  VOC compliant.   
 
For Whitewall tires, dilute 1:1 with water, Dilute 1:5 as a degreaser.  Vinyl tops and seats, dilute 1:20.  For general purpose cleaning dilute 1:30 and heavy duty cleaning, dilute 1:15.
